Forest road Grubenweg and Hühnernockweg, Mutters

The planned forest road development in the Kalkkögel affects central habitat areas for capercaillie and black grouse, which also has a high human recreational value.

From the perspective of the Tyrolean Ombudsman of Environmental  Protection, such natural rarities in the local and therefore recreational area should be permanently excluded from technical development.

State of the proceedings: With decision from 27.03.2024 the regional court dismissed the complaint as unfounded.
